Forward Robbie Baillargeon (Enfield/Enfield High School) is having a tremendous season for the 2010-2011 Cushing Academy boy’s hockey team. A sophomore, Baillargeon currently leads the team in scoring with a 16-25-41 line through 19 games so far this season.
Cushing, which plays in the NEPSHA, is currently 16-4-1 on the season and is ranked #4 in the Div. I Prep Hockey Poll published by USHR.com.
Baillargeon played one season for the Enfield High School boy’s hockey team in 2008-2009, leading the team in goals (35) and finishing second in total points (60) behind Christian McNair. He helped guide the Raiders to an appearance in the Connecticut Division 2 boy’s ice hockey finals where they eventually fell to Cheshire High School, 3-2. For his efforts, Baillargeon was voted First Team All-State by both the Hartford Courant and New Haven Register.
